Simply get in touch via email or the contact form on my website. Tell me a bit about your project and what you’re looking for. I’ll get back to you in approximately 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
We’ll schedule a virtual meeting to discuss your project in more detail. This consultation allows me to understand your goals, objectives, and expectations better. By gaining a thorough understanding of your needs, I can evaluate whether I’m the right fit for your project. I believe that communication and collaboration are key to ensure your satisfaction.
I’ll prepare a detailed budget tailored to your specific requirements following what we talked about in the consultation meeting. The budget will outline the scope of work and associated costs. I believe in transparency and providing a clear breakdown of services so that you can fully understand what’s included and its cost.
We’ll schedule another meeting to discuss the budget in detail. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, seek clarification, and provide feedback. I want to ensure that we’re on the same page and comfortable moving forward.
To begin the development process, I’ll need the content and assets required for your website. This includes the relevant text, legal texts (cookie policy, legal notice, etc.), images, logos, and any other media you’d like to add to the website. You should also provide some sketches if you want your pages designed in a particular way.
Once we have the necessary content and assets, I’ll handle the technical setup of your website. This includes:
- Buying a domain and getting hosting (if you don’t already have them)
- Installing a WordPress and the required plugins and theme
- Configuring them
I’ll customize your website, paying attention to detail, user experience, and aesthetics. Throughout this phase, I’ll keep you updated on the progress and seek your feedback to ensure I’m meeting your expectations. In this stage I’ll also create the layouts for each of the pages with the text and images you provided.
After the initial design and development phase, I’ll present a working prototype of your website. This allows you to review and provide feedback on the design, layout, functionality, and user experience. I value your input and will make necessary revisions to ensure the website aligns with your preferences and needs.
After implementing the changes in the revisions, I’ll publish the website and transfer the website’s control to you. I’ll ensure a smooth transition, by providing training and solving any questions you may have.
If you want further help, I offer ongoing support and maintenance services for any future needs or updates you may have (at an additional cost).
